Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities 
●      Infrastructure Management
○      Design & Define Datacenter key Components in terms of Storage, Compute and backup.
○      Understands Business requirements, transforms business needs into the correct technical solutions to fulfill the business needs.
○      Knowledge about latest datacenter technologies that qualifies him/her to choose the right vendor and the right product
○      High and Low level design of Datacenter components and how they interface.
○      Deep knowledge in virtualization technology using different hypervisors
●      Disaster Recovery and Backup
○      Develop high/low level disaster recovery infrastructure architecture.
○      Define the necessary operating model to ensure a smooth fail over to DR and a fail back.
○      Develop high/low level backup infrastructure architecture design.
○      Define the necessary operating model to ensure a smooth and immune backup and restoration
○      Strong knowledge in Storage technologies and products.
○      Develops storage tiering architecture to store hot data in performance tiers and cold data in cheap storage
●      Cloud Resources Management
○      Advanced understanding of Cloud Technologies.
○      Assesses on-prem workloads and qualifies certain workloads to migrate to the Cloud where feasible and commercially viable
○      Defines Operating Model to monitor Cloud Resources and integration between OnPrem and Cloud Resources
●      Capacity Planning
○      Monitor data center capacity and plan for future expansion or upgrades as needed.
○      Manage resource allocation efficiently.
●       Environmental Monitoring 
○      Monitor the data center environment, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and power levels are maintained.
○      Manage cooling and power systems to prevent overheating and outages.
○      Develops necessary monitoring to capture Carbon footprint. Develop plans to reduce carbon emissions
