Good to Have Skills: MCSE and VMware certifications are highly desired. Experience with Server Capacity Management Pro and monitoring tools. Knowledge of virus and security software implementation. Hands-on experience with load balancers, BigFix, and Nutanix platforms. Hardware expertise with IBM, HP, UCS, Nutanix, and Dell systems. Data centre experience including server mounting, installation procedures, and maintenance checklists.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure with focus on system and data centre operations.
• Monitor server capacity and performance using professional monitoring tools and best practices.
• Implement and manage patch management processes across server farms following industry standards.
• Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP services including domain upgrades and migrations.
• Perform Veeam backup and replication operations including backup, recovery, and instant recovery procedures.
• Handle server OS installation, troubleshooting using Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and Task Manager.
• Conduct data centre maintenance including server mounting, installation for rack and blade servers.
• Complete all assigned mandatory training within specified timeframes and participate in regular meetings.

Experience Required: 4+ years of server administration experience with strong system and data centre background.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science or related field required.
