Description

You will manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, storage systems, and backup operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems on cloud and physical servers.
• Manage VMware vSphere environments, including cluster systems, DRS, vSAN, vDP, and vRep.
• Deploy and maintain Nutanix AHV hyper-converged infrastructure and the Nutanix 3000 Series.
• Handle hardware lifecycle tasks including racking, cabling, and configuring DELL, HPE, IBM, and Lenovo servers and blade systems.
• Execute backup and recovery operations using Commvault, Symantec Backup Exec, Veritas NetBackup, and Veeam.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in server and storage administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.0 and vSAN.
• Proficiency with Nutanix AHV hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Expertise managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with DELL, HPE, IBM, and Lenovo server hardware.
• Knowledge of SAN switching using Brocade and HPE BladeSystem c-Class.
• Practical experience with DELL EMC, HPE, IBM, NetApp, and Lenovo storage systems.
• Competency in backup solutions including Commvault, Symantec Backup Exec, NetBackup, and Veeam.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
