Description

You will own the design, implementation, and management of enterprise compute infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure hyperconverged infrastructure solutions including VMWare ESXi, Nutanix AHV, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Azure HCI.
• Lead the planning and transition to next-generation, highly available compute infrastructure.
• Perform deep-dive analysis and resolution of complex hardware and software server issues.
• Create detailed Visio diagrams and technical documentation for all infrastructure designs.
• Mentor teammates and resolve complex technical issues across virtual and physical environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience engineering, managing, and troubleshooting virtual and physical enterprise compute infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare ESXi and Nutanix AHV.
• Proficiency with Windows-based server environments.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Experience with business process reengineering and understanding the link between processes and policies.
• Ability to conduct technical research and interpret complex manual documentation.
• Capability to operate within regulatory guidelines, such as NERC CIP Compliance.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects under pressure.
