Description

You will maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the organization’s server and storage infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms, including VMware ESXi and Nutanix.
• Support NFS and NAS-based storage environments and cloud-based file shares.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Plan and execute infrastructure changes, including patching and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise server and infrastructure operations.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and/or Nutanix environments.
• Strong experience managing NFS and NAS storage environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, OS, and virtualization layers.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
