Description

You will maintain the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise server, storage, and cloud infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, including provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and Nutanix to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot NFS and NAS-based storage systems, implementing optimization and access controls.
• Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS), managing cloud file shares, connectivity, and workload migrations.
• Execute infrastructure changes, disaster recovery planning, and vulnerability remediation in line with ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise server and infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Proven experience managing VMware ESXi and/or Nutanix virtualization environments.
• Deep knowledge of NFS/NAS storage management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Experience supporting cloud-based file share platforms and hybrid AWS infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, OS, and virtualization layers.
• Understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• VMware Certification (VCP) or AWS Certification.
• Microsoft, Linux, or ITIL certifications.
