Description

You will own Windows Server environments and enterprise patching lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute patching and software deployment activities using Microsoft SCCM.
• Troubleshoot the Windows Server Operating System and perform analysis during incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate patching execution and reporting to meet SLAs.
• Author technical documentation for operational processes.
• Contribute to regional and global projects within a global follow-the-sun support model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows operations or system administration within an enterprise organization.
• Expert-level experience in patching and software deployment via Microsoft SCCM.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Operating System troubleshooting and incident analysis.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
• Conceptual understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP roles.
• Background in working with Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware technologies.

Preferred Skills

• SCCM Infrastructure management.
• Transact-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting.
• Splunk and ITIL Certification.
