Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend systems for B2B SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable backend systems using Node.js and microservices.
• Build RESTful APIs, web services, and Elasticsearch-based search solutions integrated with GraphQL.
• Design and implement secure data exchange mechanisms and third-party SaaS integrations using SDKs and REST APIs.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and the establishment of development standards.
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and API specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on software architect.
• 3+ years of experience developing backend systems with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Proven experience scaling cloud-native B2B SaaS applications through 1→10 or 10→100 growth stages.
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, DocumentDB, OpenSearch).
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Golang.
