Description

You will manage server environments, identity services, and backup operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer MS Active Directory and Azure Entra to create and modify user accounts.
• Manage and troubleshoot CrowdStrike AV systems and mitigate zero-day security issues on Windows and Linux servers.
• Maintain DHCP functions and manage DNS entries.
• Execute backup and recovery operations using Cohesity and Veritas NetBackup systems.
• Resolve MS O365 email and Outlook 2016 client issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft O365 tools including Exchange, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• 5+ years of experience supporting MS Active Directory and domain controller systems (DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• 3+ years of experience administering CrowdStrike, Hyena, CoreView, ControlUp, or Azure Entra.
• Intermediate PowerShell scripting skills for automating server operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel using advanced functions and formulas like VLOOKUP.
• Experience managing Linux servers.
• Ability to troubleshoot DNS and DHCP configurations.
