Description

Manage and maintain the organization's software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 environments, including user accounts and security.
• Administer and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure and Windows server/desktop configurations.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions while performing regular security audits.
• Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience managing Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with Office 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of VMware virtualization technologies.
• Expertise in Windows Server and desktop configuration.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Relevant certifications including MCSE or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
