Description

You will architect and support ServiceNow solutions within strict SLA environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve multiple customer support issues through direct interaction.
• Implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and FSM.
• Develop technical components using Client Scripts, Business Rules, and server-side scripting.
• Maintain infrastructure stability by managing firewall, load balancer, and hardware sizing requirements.
• Support production environments following established service level agreements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• At least one mainline ServiceNow certification.
• Expertise in ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules.
• Proficiency in Client Scripts, Business Rules, and server-side scripting.
• Experience with RDBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
• Hands-on experience with Linux distributions, specifically RHEL.
• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts including firewalls, load balancers, and hardware sizing.
• Experience working within strict SLA support projects.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ITSM tools.
• Experience with MariaDB, MS SQL, or Oracle.
