Description

Design and assure service management frameworks within a DV-cleared environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and assure the quality of service designs by providing constructive feedback.
• Develop service strategies and designs that integrate people, processes, technology, and commercial requirements.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions of new solutions into operational service.
• Identify opportunities to provide Service Management Advisory Services.
• Navigate organizational change to enable successful service implementation.

Required Skills

• Active DV Clearance.
• ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 expertise, or significant progress toward qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in service strategy and service design practices.
• Proven experience in IT project management and process implementation.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and stakeholder management.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
