Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing heavily on Case Management for regional or global rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure Service Cloud solutions matching business needs.
• Provide technical leadership to development, configuration, and QA teams.
• Translate business needs into technical design documents, including data models and integration specs.
• Guide teams to build solutions adhering to architectural standards and review all customizations and code.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and advise on solutioning challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, with significant work in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.
• Proven experience leading regional or global Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong foundation in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integration patterns, and governor limits.
• Experience designing scalable solutions integrating with third-party systems.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certifications.
