Description

You will architect, design, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, focusing on Case Management for regional or global rollouts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and secure Service Cloud solutions that match business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical design documents, including data models and integration specifications.
• Provide technical leadership to development, configuration, and QA teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Review configurations, customizations, and code to enforce best practices.
• Guide teams in building solutions for regional or global Service Cloud implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Proven experience leading regional or global Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience designing scalable solutions involving third-party system integrations.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
