Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce projects as a senior individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions, adhering to Salesforce best practices and system constraints.
• Resolve complex technical queries and challenges by providing effective workarounds and architectural approaches.
• Coordinate releases, product enhancements, bug fixes, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Own the end-to-end implementation process, from initial approach to final escalation management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Visualforce, and Force.com.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-lifecycle SFDC implementations.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience implementing enterprise integrations using SOAP, REST API, Web Services, or Boomi.
• Proficiency with data migration tools including Apex Data Loader and DML.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Salesforce Certified App Builder certification.
• Salesforce Certified System Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Lightning Component Framework and Lightning Experience Specialist Trailhead Super Badges.
• Degree in BE, BTECH, MCA, or MTECH.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect Certifications.
• Experience with ExactTarget, Marketo, or Pardot.
• UI/UX skills including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, and MVC.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
