Description

You will lead the technical delivery of IOPS Veeva phases through 2028.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery of 14 in-scope QMS Modules and manage technical solutions for quality and scope.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to ensure successful Veeva integrations with ERP, Lab, HR, and Data Lake systems.
• Manage escalations to PMs and provide executive oversight for internal initiatives and project sponsorship.
• Develop and monitor Project KPIs, Operational KPIs, and User Adoption metrics.
• Coordinate across Veeva functions to share lessons learned and best practices to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to team management strategies regarding hiring, development, capacity, and utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in service delivery or technical project management.
• Experience managing Veeva integrations with ERP systems.
• Experience managing integrations with Lab Systems.
• Experience managing integrations with HR Systems.
• Experience working with Data Lake environments.
• Ability to manage technical delivery for large-scale QMS module rollouts.
• Proven track record of managing capacity and team utilization.
• Degree in any field.
