Description

Lead the technical delivery of IOPS Veeva implementations across multiple phases, ensuring governance, quality, and alignment with business process owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical delivery of 14 QMS modules and coordinate Veeva integrations with ERP, Lab Systems, HR Systems, and Data Lake.
• Manage team capacity, utilization, and hiring strategies to support Run activities and operational scalability.
• Oversee project KPIs, operational metrics, and user adoption while managing scope and escalations.
• Coordinate across projects and Veeva functions to share lessons learned and improve service delivery standards.
• Provide executive oversight for internal initiatives and project sponsorship.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Service Delivery and technical project management.
• Proven expertise in managing Veeva implementations, specifically QMS modules.
• Strong background in team management, including hiring, development, and capacity planning.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with ERP, Lab Systems, HR Systems, and Data Lake architectures.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking Project KPIs and Operational KPIs.
• Skilled in client engagement, governance, and escalation management.
