• Coordinate collaboration with developers using .NET, Angular, C#, Java, and Python.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently under pressure.
• Drive improvements in service delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Delivery, or IT Operations.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Service Delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, .NET, and Angular.
• Ability to handle complex delivery challenges in on-site environments.
