Description

You will lead a team of IT specialists to execute operational and project tasks while managing technical delivery and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of senior and junior IT specialists, identifying training needs and reviewing performance.
• Lead technical discovery and deployment deliverables, including implementing and troubleshooting distributed server infrastructure.
• Own incident reports for major issues, identify risky changes, and develop contingency plans.
• Review SOPs, HLD, LLD, and test plans to ensure alignment with customer requirements and design standards.
• Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and creating standardized checklists for recurring tasks.

Required Skills

• 8-11 years of professional experience in IT service delivery.
• Proven experience in Windows Server administration.
• Direct experience working within an onsite-offshore delivery model with US or European customers.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience managing distributed server infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Rack/Blade Systems, and VMware.
• Ability to lead technical teams through escalated incidents and complex project implementations.
• Experience preparing technical documentation such as HLD, LLD, and execution plans.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, or Exchange.
• Knowledge of Linux and blade systems such as IBM, HP, Dell, UCS, or Nutanix.
• Experience with patch management tools like WSUS, SCCM, Landesk, or Shavlik.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, or VCP.
