You will manage IT service strategy, operations, and continuous improvement to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define service strategies and design management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Manage the transition of new services and changes into operational environments with minimal user disruption.
• Oversee daily IT service operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs while leading incident, problem, and change management.
• Drive continuous service improvement through performance analysis, automation, and efficiency measures.
• Lead and mentor the service management team to achieve collective operational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in an IT service management role.
• In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Expertise in Change Management and IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, or Expert certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certification in relevant IT service management tools and technologies.
