Description

You will manage IT technology service delivery for a manufacturing lab within a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of IT technology service delivery, including application and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain IT systems operational reliability, change management, and service delivery for base business and end-user programs.
• Manage end-to-end IT risk management at the site, covering lifecycle management, information security, and GxP.
• Lead projects through the infrastructure and software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Manage support and delivery teams across regions to maximize value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development, and support.
• Experience managing a manufacturing lab in a pharma environment.
• Proven track record in IT change management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with field service management, asset management, depot services, and desktop support.
• Ability to deploy business solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data reports into process improvement activities.
• Fluent English communication skills for interacting with end users, technical experts, and executives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Life sciences experience with knowledge of GxP processes.
• Supply Chain experience with systems such as MES.
