Description

You will oversee multi-cloud support services by coordinating teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with defined service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Track service performance, identify improvement areas, and implement necessary changes.
• Evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency in service delivery.
• Prepare and present operational and strategic reports to Steering and Operational committees.
• Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation or resolution plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
• Strong operations management skills within multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Service Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and lead teams effectively.
• Proven ability to respond to users and stakeholders in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL or similar certifications.
