Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, and timelines through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Direct the implementation of cloud solutions by working with customer business teams, technical leads, and executives.
• Oversee service delivery for 24/7 managed services environments.
• Serve as a trusted cloud advisor to client leadership and development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in service delivery or project management.
• Proven experience managing service delivery for 24/7 managed services.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure.
• Experience managing technical stakeholders and development teams.
• Ability to manage project risks, issues, and timelines.
