Description

Manage large-scale end-to-end infrastructure and cloud programs, overseeing SLA governance, contract management, and service quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure projects, including servers, storage, databases, networks, end-user computing, and service desk operations.
• Drive infrastructure transformation projects and implement continuous service improvements.
• Act as the primary interface for the user community and manage stakeholder communications.
• Ensure service quality and manage service management contracts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience with at least 8+ years managing large infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in managing on-premises or private cloud infrastructure services.
• Experience with cloud models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Professional certification in at least one infrastructure component (server, storage, database, or network).
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience with project management methodologies like PMBOK or PRINCE2.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reporting results to clients and supervisors.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end infrastructure and cloud programs.
