You will manage service delivery and project execution within a technical business environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage managed service projects, planning and guiding parallel workstreams with agility.
• Lead and drive Major Incident calls to accelerate resolution times.
• Collaborate with partners and consultants across all organizational levels.
• Use industry-standard tools for reporting, tracking, and monitoring service metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing in a technical business environment.
• 3+ years of ITSM process experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Proven experience managing and organizing projects in dynamic settings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders to meet targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field.
