Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT service management.
• Deep knowledge of the ITIL framework and its processes.
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical expertise.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA from day one.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of service delivery workflows.
• Proven track record in managing digital service operations.
