Description

You will oversee enterprise IT infrastructure and service delivery operations within high-tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project transitions, staging, and service helpdesk operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Define business requirements and establish global metrics, trend charts, and program processes.
• Identify optimal resources and delivery methodologies to drive operational synergy.
• Govern vendor compliance and program performance through KPI metrics.
• Direct enterprise infrastructure project planning, release management, and product life cycle processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Data Center Infrastructure, or the Telecom industry.
• 10+ years leading global project managers and engineering teams in high-tech operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing product test labs.
• Expertise in Project Transition, Staging Management, and Service Helpdesk Management.
• Knowledge of Cloud, Networking, Server System technologies, and Asset Management.
• Understanding of Software/Hardware Design Processes, Testing, and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Experience with Forward and Reverse Logistics (RMA/Returns).
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master methodologies.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma, ITIL, or CTPM certifications.
• Cloud Technology, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications.
