Lead IT project execution and manage end-to-end service delivery to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects and company-wide technology initiatives across business units.
• Oversee IT service delivery and supervise technical teams for quality performance.
• Implement IT policies, best practices, and compliance standards.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including firewall log reviews and bandwidth monitoring.
• Manage resources, set project goals, and report on progress for business continuity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT services and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end delivery of IT solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
• Practical experience with cybersecurity practices and information security awareness.
• Strong leadership skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to service operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with risk mitigation and business continuity planning.
