You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and SLAs are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor service delivery portfolios for quality and efficiency.
• Use Python for automation, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and SLA insights.
• Partner with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless service.
• Identify risks, drive process improvements, and ensure ITIL compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or Portfolio Management.
• Strong skills in Python scripting and data reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or Agile.
• Experience with Excel VBA.
