Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio operations for service delivery.
• Streamline operational reporting using data visualization tools.
• Drive and implement process improvements within IT service frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization.
• Working knowledge of ITIL or other Service Management Frameworks.
• Experience using Jira for workflow management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for service management.
• Experience with MS Project for planning.
