Manage service delivery operations, workflow execution, and timeline adherence for a two-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery workflows and operational requirements.
• Oversee contract execution to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Own end-to-end workflow execution and adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational blockers.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on delivery status.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
• Proven experience working in a C2C engagement model.
• Strong understanding of service delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to manage timelines and contract execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
