Description

Own service delivery for enterprise hybrid infrastructure in a 24x7 support environment. Lead incident management and operational governance while coordinating across technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, and Zscaler environments.
• Configure and maintain routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VRFs) and security policies (NAT, ACLs, QoS).
• Oversee Azure networking components including VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and NSGs.
• Manage VMware virtual networking, storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB), and Dell PowerStore/Isilon connectivity issues.
• Monitor network health using SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, and Azure Network Watcher.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure operations leadership or service delivery management.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, Aruba SD-WAN, and Zscaler consoles.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, hybrid data center, and cloud networking configurations.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Remedy for ticketing and process management.
• Experience with backup and replication traffic flows involving Commvault, Zerto, and storage systems.
• Working knowledge of VMware virtual networking (vSwitches, Port groups, Distributed switches).
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL process knowledge or certification.
• Experience managing enterprise hybrid infrastructure in a 24x7 support environment.
