Lead large-scale, transformative IT programs and manage multiple technical teams to deliver business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Charter large-scale IT investments by defining program objectives, success criteria, scope, governance, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead business and IT executives through scope alignment sessions and drive mitigation of significant risks and issues.
• Manage program execution by defining processes, structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Remove technical blockers and manage vendor, contract, and resource requirements to maximize team productivity.
• Facilitate team improvement by calculating velocity, charting iteration progress, and providing performance feedback.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project and agile management or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale programs.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 enterprise-level, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Mastery of plan-driven project management, including scope, schedule, financial, and risk management.
• Strong proficiency in SAFe Agile practices and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to present technical program value and status to C-level executives.
• Experience managing execution governance, steering committees, monitoring, and control.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft D365.
