Description

Provide first-line technical assistance and direct customer support to the internal employee community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct technical helpdesk support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot standard hardware and software issues.
• Support networking topologies and IT systems.
• Assist with data security and application security protocols.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of standard hardware and software configurations.
• Understanding of networking topologies.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and data security.
• Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• A+, Network+, Security+, MDAA, or ITIL Foundation certifications.
