Description

You will lead the creation of service strategies and delivery plans to transition business structures from current to future states.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop service strategies and execution plans to transform organizational structures.
• Present complex concepts to executives, including ADMs and Executive Directors.
• Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and community engagement initiatives.
• Structure and visualize journey maps, service ideation, and concept specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing complex service design systems across multiple touchpoints.
• Expertise in Design Research, Information Architecture, Content Development, and Prototyping.
• Proven ability in strategic planning and service ideation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating service design implementation and strategic approaches.
• Deep understanding of audience needs and the impact of technology on user journeys.
• Thorough knowledge of cultural safety, inclusive design, and accessibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Service Design, Design for Health, Inclusive Design, or Systems and Design Thinking (Master's preferred).
