Description

You will design and scale the end-to-end service journey for Independent Service Vendor (ISV) partnerships.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end ISV service journey by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop proposals for journey improvements across short, medium, and long-term phases.
• Recommend enhancements for developer documentation, marketing pages, and program guides.
• Facilitate co-creation design workshops and research activities to test artifacts with users.
• Align stakeholders of varying seniority on service development and UX principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service or user experience design.
• Proven ability to map user journeys and end-to-end experiences using various design tools.
• Experience solving complex problems within a SaaS or Software as a Service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-discipline teams.
• Expertise in managing and communicating with senior-level stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work independently under constraints.
• Experience working within ecosystems involving tools like Okta, Slack, or VMware.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating cross-discipline research to drive decision-making.
• Prior experience working directly with ISVs or within a SaaS company.
