Description

You will lead service design initiatives to create cohesive customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data and research teams to translate insights into Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
• Lead research efforts to identify customer and stakeholder needs and convert them into actionable design strategies.
• Own mid-sized projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate their requirements into the design process.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for medium to large-sized initiatives while adapting to shifting priorities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in service design, specifically focusing on Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Mural, SharePoint, Baymard, Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage project lifecycles and maintain alignment with business KPIs.
• Strong background in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent English communication skills for presenting design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Service Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or digital product design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within agile teams.
• Experience analyzing and applying customer insights to drive design decisions.
