Description

You will design and implement end-to-end service models that align user needs with business processes and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Map complex systems, customer journeys, and service specifications to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with researchers, UX designers, and developers to move from sketches to iterative prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to co-design new service models and value propositions.
• Define key metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure service impact and cost of delivery.
• Drive product strategy and roadmaps by working closely with product owners and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service design or related design disciplines.
• Proven ability to build and test service and product prototypes.
• Experience in system mapping, scenario planning, and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to translate research into actionable, human-centered insights for stakeholders.
• Experience working within agile practices and methodologies.
• Competency in facilitating stakeholder workshops and co-design sessions.
• Skill in designing business processes and organizational structures to support new services.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design practices.
