You will design and implement service design frameworks that integrate AI solutions to improve customer interactions and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop service design frameworks incorporating AI to optimize customer interactions and internal processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers on research, strategy, ideation, and testing.
• Create user-centered solutions that align business objectives with technical requirements.
• Influence stakeholders through visual and verbal storytelling to drive alignment on strategic vision.
• Gather and incorporate feedback to refine product and service concepts.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Service Design, Design Strategy, or Human-Centered Design.
• Proven experience integrating AI technologies into service design workflows.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to results.
• Experience delivering projects within an agile methodology.
• Proficiency in Human-centered Design and Design Strategy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting to senior executives.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive technical solutions.
