Description

You will lead end-to-end service design projects to align user needs with business and brand objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design projects from initial research and ideation through prototyping and implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to identify pain points and behaviors.
• Define service blueprints, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Map out stakeholder processes in Figma to identify and optimize experience improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to solve challenges affecting client and customer experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service design or related roles.
• Proficiency in Figma for process mapping and prototyping.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Experience creating service blueprints and customer journey maps.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable design concepts.
• Design portfolio demonstrating process and completed work.

Preferred Skills

• Previous professional experience working as a UX/UI Designer.
