Description

You will provide remote technical support to users via phone and email. You will resolve technical issues regarding computer software, website navigation, and login credentials.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems using available tools and resources.
• Document support tickets accurately while interacting with customers.
• Escalate complex issues following defined procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to end users.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in help desk or call center technical support.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
• Ownership of a personal laptop/computer, USB headset, and consistent internet connection.
• Proven time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of call center experience.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
