• Process all equipment entering or leaving the IT department.
• Update and maintain the Asset Inventory System.
• Process salvage equipment, including hard drive removal and completion of the salvage process.
• Unpack and pack equipment for shipment to ACF and other DPS locations.
• Pick up and deliver equipment from DIS, Excel, DTS, and other designated locations.
• Complete ServiceNow tickets related to equipment requests, including monitors, keyboards, mice, HDMI cables, and other peripherals.
• Reconcile paper and electronic inventory records daily.
• Validate IT Operations Room equipment weekly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Serve as backup contact for Level 1 support.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Education in IT Support or a related field
