Description

You will provide technical support to the user community by managing service requests via phone, email, and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Document and resolve service requests originating from the IT Service Desk.
• Coordinate request assignments with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform additional Service Center duties as required.
• Maintain availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Ca Service Desk.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Desktop OS.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work on-site in Pontiac, MI for training and follow a hybrid schedule of two days on-site and three days remote.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
