Description

You will provide technical support, incident resolution, and hardware maintenance for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents affecting operations using established IM processes and policies.
• Perform physical build-outs, including installing computing devices and low voltage cabling.
• Manage identified defects and escalate issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.
• Oversee on-site vendors to ensure maintenance and safety guidelines are followed.
• Translate technical terms for non-technical users and provide guidance on application navigation.
• Conduct physical checks, instrumentation, and rounds using required templates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
• Proficiency in Desktop Management.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Hands-on Service Desk Application Support expertise.
• Ability to interpret and apply security standards and protocols to daily work.
• Experience collecting and managing data for security audits.
• Competency in performing maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Ability to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and established procedures.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
