Description
You will provide Tier 1 technical support for end users at our Fort Lee, VA location.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls routed or transferred to the service queue.
- Provide Tier 1 Service Desk support to resolve user issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware including networked printers and multi-function devices.
- Manage and support users across Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Unix environments.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Hands-on experience managing networked printers and multi-function devices.
- Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, Linux, Unix, Chrome, and Android operating systems.
- Knowledge of DHCP and DNS protocols.
- Experience working within Unix and Linux environments.
- Any graduate degree.
