You will provide technical support to users via phone and email, resolving software, website navigation, and login issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems using available tools and research resources.
• Assist users through step-by-step troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Document tickets accurately while multitasking during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues according to defined procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to type 40+ WPM.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to adhere to established quality standards.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent technical study/work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar ticketing systems.
