You will troubleshoot computer support problems and resolve user issues involving software and hardware products.
Responsibilities
Test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and utility for user workflows.
Write or revise training manuals, procedures, and visual training materials.
Train users on software and hardware via on-site, classroom, or contractor-led sessions.
Draft software and hardware evaluations and recommendations for management review.
Implement shared software, including operating systems, configuration management tools, application and development tools, testing tools, compilers, and code editors.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant experience in technical support.
Hands-on experience with operating systems.
Experience with configuration management tools.
Proficiency with application and development tools.
Knowledge of testing tools.
Familiarity with compilers and code editors.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems.
Preferred Skills
A+ certification.
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
