Description

Provide first-line technical support for local and remote employees across Windows and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, and mobile devices via the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Build, configure, and maintain user systems, environments, and new software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, phone, and desktop issues to maintain end-user productivity.
• Drive corporate desktop projects involving email, anti-virus, archiving, and backups.
• Document technical standards, best practices, and policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Mac OS X (installation, account maintenance, file sharing, and printing).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with G Suite and Gmail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools.
• Understanding of PC and Mac hardware components and connections.
• Familiarity with data backup concepts, storage, and monitoring systems.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and track them through to completion.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues without constant escalation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring IT and development infrastructure.
