Description

You will own technical support operations and incident resolution for service desk functions. Your primary focus is troubleshooting user-reported issues and managing the lifecycle of support tickets within a Windows 10 environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users across Windows 10 systems.
• Manage service desk tickets and incidents from intake to resolution.
• Follow ITIL frameworks for service management and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Service Desk roles for Analyst III level.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 support and administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles.
• Experience handling service desk tickets and incident management.
• Any Graduate degree.
