You will architect and deliver complex financial technology solutions, focusing on distributed platforms, performance tuning, and secure integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of solutions within banking and financial services.
• Implement and maintain distributed platforms, prioritizing performance tuning and throughput optimization.
• Manage secure integrations using APIs and event streaming patterns.
• Ensure operational resilience and govern vendor relationships.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in technology or product delivery within banking/financial services.
• 3+ years experience in blockchain, digital assets, or real-time payments.
• 2+ years experience in Java, .Net, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of DLT platforms and smart contracts.
• Expertise in custody architectures, HSM/MPC, and key ceremonies.
• Proficiency in secure integration patterns and encryption standards (TLS/PGP).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with TOGAF frameworks.
